Nicki Jordn Counseling

About Nicki Jordan

I am an integrative counsellor and supervisor with a passion for supporting people to grow, heal, and live more authentically. At the centre of my work is learning; learning about the self, about patterns of relating, and about how we can build the capacity to move through life with greater awareness, autonomy, and authenticity.

Safety, compassion, and respect guide my approach.  I see safety as paramount and provide a supportive environment, a Caladh, or safe harbour where people can regulate their nervous system, resource themselves, and find steadiness to navigate life with greater ease.

I bring over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit  leadership sector, which gives me a strong understanding of the personal and organisational challenges people face. This experience informs my supervisory practice, where I combine reflective space with outcomes-focused support to help professionals and organisations thrive.

Currently training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I integrate body-oriented approaches into my work, enabling clients and supervisees to engage with trauma safely, strengthen their inner resources, and develop greater resilience in both personal and professional contexts.
