My approach to counselling is gentle, supportive, and centred on you. I believe that safety is the foundation for healing, so our work together begins by creating a space where you feel secure, valued, and accepted just as you are.

I draw from a range of approaches and integrate Somatic Experiencing, which brings the body and nervous system into the process. This helps you gradually build resilience, strengthen your capacity to cope, and approach trauma without feeling overwhelmed.

Counselling with me is about more than working through challenges, it’s also about discovering your own worth, developing self-compassion, and connecting with your authentic self.

 

My aim is to support you in finding balance, confidence, and the freedom to live with greater ease and wellbeing.
