Women’s role in society is often undermined and women are not fully represented at decision-making level across a range of organisations and systems. 

 

Nicki’s work focuses on helping women to delve deeper to find their innate voice and learn how to express it with confidence. 

 

Through reflective practice, storytelling and creative modalities Nicki helps women to connect in with their own wisdom and learn how to express it with confidence. 

 

Nicki has developed an 8-week programme that she facilitates with organisations seeking to support women in this way.
