Nicki’s supervisory practice is grounded in the Wisdom Model which includes the 4 C’s of collaboration, creativity, contemplation and compassion. She also uses Somatic Experiencing to connect with the body in the supervisory process.
In her work, she draws on these to support her clients to open up to their own inner wisdom and deep selves. Through reflective practice, deep listening and understanding Nicki will help you to become aware of your priorities in life, to live from your authentic self and to engage in transformational learning.
Supervision is about learning - learning about how you came to your thinking - and exploring where this came from, why do you think like this, what have you learned from a particular situation and how has it changed you. It will help you to gain greater insight into your professional life and is particularly helpful in relation to issues or challenges that may arise.
