My supervisory practice is grounded in the Wisdom Model, which includes the 4 C’s of collaboration, creativity, contemplation, and compassion. I also use Somatic Experiencing to connect with the body in the supervisory process.
I draw on these approaches to support supervisees in accessing their own inner wisdom and deeper self.
Through reflective practice, deep listening, and understanding, I help you become aware of your priorities, live from your authentic self, and engage in transformational learning.
Supervision is about learning and examining how you came to your thinking, why you think in certain ways, and what each experience teaches you. It provides insight into your professional life and guidance for navigating challenges.
A key part of my approach is regulation: helping supervisees notice and manage their own bodily and emotional responses, strengthening their capacity to engage with complex or challenging work without becoming overwhelmed.
